Program outline

From the originators of the Big Picture, the leading art based teambuilding activity in the corporate world, comes the latest direction in total creativity: Gallery Greats.

An industry first, Gallery Greats gives delegates the unique opportunity to design and create a range of three-dimensional artworks.

Gallery Greats is an exciting, three-tiered experience, which challenges the individual, team and whole group. Once individuals have selected their sculpture, they work in teams to achieve time bound goals in its creation. Gallery Greats culminates with the entire group coming together to view an art gallery style display.

Gallery Greats has been specifically designed with a flexible format and 10 unique three-dimensional artwork types, which can be tailored to match any group or conference theme.

Utilise Gallery Greats to explore company values, such as promoting ingenious and imaginative thought with “Hypercubes”; reinforcing integrity with “Hands On”; or strengthening the shared value of teamwork with “Mobiles”.

Why Gallery Greats?

The hands-on format challenges delegates to use their physical creativity and get tactile. It strengthens the bonds between delegates as they make decisions as individuals, then communicate face-to-face as a team, and ultimately as a whole group.

Kurtzman says common purpose occurs “when a leader coalesces a group, team, or community into a creative, dynamic, brave and nearly invincible we.”

Let your team achieve this with Gallery Greats!
