Program outline

Love getting out and about with Go Team?  Try Go Team Indoors for your next conference, evening event or in-house team training session to enliven and enthuse.

Go Team Indoors is a fun, competitive and challenging team event using a technology interface to guide the teams through the activity. With nearly 100 tasks spread over 5 progressively more difficult levels, a bonus round and a double or nothing round there is plenty to do. The tasks are split into 3 main categories - mental, creative and physical meaning there is something for everyone and as only 5 from 8 tasks in each round are chosen it’s possible to avoid anything that looks too tricky. Focusing on delegation, leadership, working as a team and problem solving Go Team Indoors is a fun high energy event that keeps all team members constantly involved and engaged.

Learning and development outcomes

In Go Team Indoors participants engage and have fun together while learning key business skills. Leadership and delegation are key to making sure a team is working in parallel and to its strengths. Coolness under pressure and assessing risk and reward are fundamental to success. Use it to energise your conference, motivate & enthuse delegates, unify the group, explore specific learning outcomes or simply just to have a fun shared experience. The applications for Go Team Indoors are boundless including employee engagement, staff training, product launches, marketing & promotions, or gathering feedback.
